The Acast Group has a special reporting system, referred to as whistleblowing. The system enables employees and others to report lawbreaking and other serious violations of the Acast Code of Conduct (the “Code”) that are suspected of having been committed, directly sanctioned or wilfully ignored by individuals in senior positions or other key people at Acast.

The whistleblowing system is provided by an external supplier, 2Secure, and is available via a special online portal that may be accessed here and fill in the company code: SGN961 to log on to the whistleblowing page. This reporting system is not part of Acast’s websites or intranet but is hosted on 2Secure’s controlled servers.

All reports received are evaluated and responded to and investigations are conducted if deemed necessary.
