At Acast, we have chosen to give the DevOps engineers that are on-call for all of Acast the mandate to set requirements on the systems to be accepted into the on-call rotation. That means that the teams are autonomous in everything they do up until the point where a system requires people to be available 24/7, then it has to adhere to a set of requirements. Each team has DevOps engineers that are part of the on-call rotation, so there is competence in each team to build it “the right way” from the beginning. At Acast, we have created a podcast ecosystem where podcasters can distribute and monetize their content on a global scale. In preparing for this we are in the process of setting up new automated systems for payouts, new sales processes and a finance system that is prepared for global markets. We have chosen Netsuite as our ERP and CRM system to be the core of this setup and want you to join and help us do this in a fast, flexible and business compatible way.
We are looking for an audio passionate Content Data Manager to join our London team. You will be responsible for content partner surveys, media house reporting, cross promotion campaigns, CMS and CRM management, together with implementing and devising a data driven content strategy.
