About Role
We are looking for a talented and energetic designer to join the Brand Design team, reporting directly to the Global Head of Brand Design.

You will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality and consistency across our internal and external visual brand and content, creating eye-catching work and assets that speak to Acast’s position as the world’s leading podcast company.

Although the role sits within the global brand team, you’ll collaborate with our product, tech, sales and podcast teams to deliver a broad range of output, from presentations to web design, branding materials to podcast artwork, video to marketing collateral.

What you´ll do
In this role, you will be responsible for delivering fresh and impactful brand, digital, and print design across Acast’s multiple touchpoints. This includes developing and maintaining internal presentations and templates.

You will come up with ideas that help promote the Acast brand visually to both an advertiser and podcaster audience. When you do this, you can clearly articulate your ideas and design decisions across the business. Your ability to train the wider business in programs or templates that they’ll use will increase your impact.

You’ll work across multiple brands and have the ability to maintain brand guideline standards that differ depending on projects.

We value that you are proactive in gaining new skills and keeping up to date with software and technology. Most importantly, you'll champion emotive and powerful creative work and continually push the boundaries.

Who you are
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced individual for a creative design position with a minimum of 2+ years in a fast-paced design environment (agency, studio, in-house role). The ideal candidate should be well-versed in the Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects), with proficiency in web design tools such as Figma and Webflow (coding not required). Additionally, familiarity with motion design is required.

The successful candidate will demonstrate a high level of organisation, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to manage time effectively. You should excel in handling multiple priorities, and be adept at breaking down large projects into manageable tasks. This role requires the autonomy to work independently on a day-to-day basis.

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are crucial for effective collaboration. Ideally, the candidate will also have proficiency in 3D design. Keeping abreast of popular culture and trends is essential, and a passion for podcasts is a definite plus.

Acast is committed to creating a diverse environment and is proud to be an equal opportunity employer. All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment regardless of race, gender, sexual orientation, religion, ethnicity, national origin or any of the other wonderful characteristics that make us different.

Culture is our number one priority as a business. We believe people come first, and we work every day to enable autonomy, continuous improvement and bring out the best in people. We’re global and have remote teams, so it’s even more important that we strive for an open, inclusive and caring environment where everyone feels visible and welcome. We consider ourselves a modern organization driven by strong values to create the best, most fulfilling and nurturing culture.

We very much look forward to finding the next great person to join our cause!
