Episode 130 - and the Oscar goes to...?

Oscar Garcia has resigned as Brighton manager following the Seagulls' 6-2 aggregate defeat to Derby in the Championship play-off semi-finals. It was their second semi-final exit in two seasons and leaves chairman Tony Bloom now looking for a third manager in just over twelve months. We find out more from Alan Wares, co-host of 'The Albion Roar' podcast, which you can download on iTunes, or listen to Saturdays at 12pm on Radio Reverb, 97.2FM in Brighton.

Derby progress to Wembley on May 24th, where Steve McClaren will come face-to-face with the man who gave him another chance in English football, Harry Redknapp. Redknapp will lead QPR to the play-off final after a tense 2-1 extra time win against Wigan at Loftus Road on Monday night, inspired by another match winning performance from Charlie Austin.

We preview the final with Owen Bradley from BBC Radio Derby Sport, and Charlie Ashcroft from Amazing Radio, who produces the Open All R's QPR podcast.
