Episode 129 - #SayNoToLeague3 Special

Following the controversial announcement of the FA Commission's four-point plan to boost English football, the boys return with a #SayNoToLeague3 special.

We look at the consequences of creating of a new tier within the Football League to accommodate Premier League B teams, beginning in 2016/17, with arguments from both sides. Our guests include Brentford manager Mark Warburton, Luton Town chief executive Gary Sweet, talkSPORT 'Up The League' host Geoff Peters, Ian Danter, talkSPORT commentator and England reporter - plus Rob Langham from the Football League blog The Two Unfortunates.

This podcast desperately want the England national team to succeed, but not at the expense of its heart and soul. We believe these proposals will destroy the proud history and tradition of the English football pyramid. They exploit, manipulate and disrespect lower league clubs, fans and communities.
