S1 E01 I The burger lover who transformed Stockholm's food scene

Thought Swedish food was all about meatballs? No way. Stockholm's getting a global reputation for its gourmet burger scene and it's thanks to entrepreneur Jon Widegren.

He launched the city's first burger shack, Flippin' Burgers in 2012 after blogging his way around the US testing recipes and then asking future customers in Sweden to crowdfund his restaurant.

Now he's got some new tasty projects on the go and he's given The Stockholmer a sneak preview.
