Talent Acquisition Partner – Stockholm

Acast is the world leading technology platform for on-demand audio and podcasting with offices in Stockholm, London, New York, Los Angeles, and Sydney. We have over 120M monthly listens today, and are growing rapidly

The Role

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner to join us in Stockholm, to help drive business impact and deliver an exceptional employee experience across our global offices. As a member of the People Team, we are the champions of our greatest asset: Our People. We are looking for someone with a genuine passion for people and a creative mind who has excellent communication skills and thrive in an agile, fast-paced environment.

This is a hands-on role tasked with direct sourcing; attracting, networking and headhunting the very best tech and product talent. You will work closely with hiring managers and the recruiting lead for tech and product functions to ensure we source top talent.

This role will suit an experienced, high performing and ambitious recruiter – you can be ‘in-house’ already or, a specialist recruiter in the Tech and Product space looking to make a move to in-house. The successful candidate needs to demonstrate strong knowledge in technical recruitment.

What you’ll do:

  • Perform searches for qualified candidates according to the relevant job criteria, using databases, networking, online resources, media and employee referrals.
  • Work hand-in-hand with the talent team, ensuring we are consistent with our messaging.
  • Build relationships with industry sources, such as universities and community networks.
  • Maintain the ATS.
  • Participate at recruiting events as needed.
  • Aid in the design, development, and execution of recruitment related projects.
  • Assist with marketing strategies to attract top talent and build brand awareness.
  • Evaluate candidates’ strengths compared with role requirements and company values.

We are a flat organization that works towards enabling teams to make the best possible decisions rather than having decisions made for them. We believe in autonomy and a culture of continuous improvement.
