The Role

We are looking for a People Partner to join us in Stockholm, to help drive business impact and deliver an exceptional employee experience across our global offices. As members of the People Team, we are the champions of our greatest asset: Our People. We are looking for someone with a genuine passion for people and a creative mind who has excellent communication skills and thrive in an agile, fast-paced environment. Experience with Employee & HR Relations is essential as well as previous experience using HRIS & ATS, ideally BambooHR and Google Hire. HR or Employment law degree is also essential.

What you’ll do:

  • Leverage your deep understanding of the business objectives to provide expert insight and leadership around all things people related, including people strategy and planning

  • Partner with cross-functional groups of subject-matter experts to design and execute the strategy and plans for our people

  • Work with our internal communications manager to create an enviable employee experience for every member of our team

  • Develop relationships with leaders in your region, including General Counsel, CTO, CFO and Country Manager.

  • Work closely with finance to ensure all backend processes are operational and improvements made where required (onboarding, systems, payroll changes etc.)

  • Constantly juggle multiple responsibilities for your region and for global projects.

  • Help embed our EVP, values and company/employee goals.

  • Support recruitment activity, ensuring our values are embedded.

  • Manage the global administration and data for the HRIS.

We are a flat organization that works towards enabling teams to make the best possible decisions rather than having decisions made for them. We believe in autonomy and a culture of continuous improvement.
