We are looking for a hardworking, reliable and meticulous Content Operations Manager to help bring efficiencies and scale to our content partner processes globally. You will be based in our Stockholm office, working closely with the Global Head of Content and Global Head of Operations and will collaborate cross-functionally across Sales, Ad Ops, Legal, Finance and Product. Essentially you will be responsible for optimizing our pitch-to-payment business process for our Podcast partners and developing and implementing new systems, processes, and workflows to support our evolving business models.
What you’ll do:
Manage the delivery of all content focused operational efficiency and scalability improvement initiatives
Work closely with Business Operation and Product/Tech to translate the content teams needs and support the implementation new product solutions, workflows and processes that affect our can improve how we service podcasters and content partners.
Streamline existing, and develop new business automation initiatives to support rapidly scaling business operations for our Content and Revenue engines
Work closely with the ERP systems owner for the development of future business processes and associated reporting automation projects
Work closely with Finance to ensure all revenue related requirements are considered early as part of applicable projects
Work closely with the product team to input on improvement strategy
Define, track, and constantly seek to improve business KPIs
