About the Role

In the role of Content Coordinator, you’ll be the primary contact for some of the largest global and local podcasters regarding the technical aspects of our platform. In an industry that is rapidly developing, your role will be to work closely with all content providers in the broadest sense, creating a great customer experience for our content partners and continue the work as the world’s leading platform for audio-on-demand.

As well as a strong knowledge of podcasting and on-demand audio, you’ll be able to demonstrate a sensitivity to commercial opportunities and brands, as well as an appreciation of the rapidly evolving podcast landscape.

Key Responsibilities

A successful candidate is someone who can:

  •  Navigate and gain an understanding of our technical platform creating a seamless experience for new and existing customers
  • Manage onboarding and any technical issues related to US podcasters using our technology platform
  • Build great relationships with Acast’s content partners and become their trusted expert on tech requests and other content needs in a rapidly evolving landscape
  • Receive and answer tech support requests primarily via email, but also via telephone, and social media
  • With gained knowledge and experience seek to further develop our support department and ensure Acast become synonymous with great client service
  • Upon demonstrating a critical eye for great content, to act as the filter for hosting requests to ensure Acast’s network is the home for the best audio content out there
