About the role

Reporting to the Ad Operations Director you will be responsible for delivering excellence through successful campaigns for our advertisers in Canada and a US Group Business team.

The Ad Operations Coordinator will ensure campaigns are set-up on time and correctly, manage campaign optimizations, and generate reports. You will help manage our ad inventory and provide inventory forecasts to our Ad Sales team as well as providing insights and recommendations for any future campaigns. 

The position is a full time employment based in Toronto, Canada.

What you’ll do
• Traffic direct sale campaigns in our proprietary ad server
• Pace all campaigns to delivery in full
• Provide and approve inventory forecasts to Sales team
• Create post campaign analysis reports to be shared with advertisers
• Manage podcaster inventory settings and requests
• Ensure all campaigns are approved and prepared for billing and podcaster payouts

Who you are
• You’re organized and know how to manage and prioritize your work. 
• You like to learn new tools and processes. 
• You are proactive self-starter who is collaborative, logical minded and like working as part of a team
• You have intermediate excel skills and you’re comfortable with business intelligence tools.
• Ad-tech, publishing, sales or broadcast knowledge experience is desirable.
