We are looking for a Ad Ops Manager who will be a part of the global Ad-Operations Team and will mainly be working towards the Nordic market. However, as part of a global team, you will be expected to support Acast’s other markets when necessary. This role is ideal for a deadline driven, structured and efficient individual who has good experience working with digital media and now wants to step into a role with lots of responsibility. You will be based in Acast’s Stockholm office with flexibility to work remotely.
What you’ll do:
Provide Account Managers (AM) with forecasts for campaign proposals
Validate and keep track of IOs for commercial campaigns
Actualize all campaign orders in our sysems
Produce scheduled and ad-hoc inventory with performance-based reports
Help develop existing processes/structures
