About the role 
As Team Manager at Acast you will be the people manager for all engineers in your team and work closely with our  tech leadership team to continuously deliver value and make sure that the members in your team are growing. The role is part time people manager and part time individual contributor in product areas and you will build and support a team of engineers through hiring, coaching, mentoring, and feedback. You will drive execution by organizing team work, setting goals, and holding the team accountable. 

Who you are 
We are looking for someone who truly enjoys developing and growing people. You have leadership, communication and relationship building skills. We also believe that you advocate agile software development and engineering best practices. It's important that you are curious and can adapt quickly and enjoy a dynamic and ever-changing environment. It is a plus if you’re open and interested in learning and working with various technologies. We work with AWS so it’s a requirement if you have experience in AWS or similar cloud platforms (Good with experience with at least some of the AWS big data offerings: EMR, Glue, Athena, DynamoDB, RDS, ECS, Fargate, etc.)
