We spoke with Mike Hilton, property adviser for Phoenix Spree Deutschland (PSDL), the property group specialising in the Berlin residential market. Floated on the London Stock Exchange in June 2015, Phoenix has already accumulated a portfolio worth €400m (£336m) and is well placed to take advantage of the ever increasing demand for rental properties in Berlin.
