Geektown Radio 160: 'Timeless' Star Paterson Joseph, UK TV News & Air Dates!

Once again, it's time for another Geektown Radio podcast, and this week we have lots to talk about, including co-host Gray's challenge to finish 50 show finales in 50 days, lots of TV news and UK TV premiere date info. We also have a great interview with Paterson Joseph, star of the brilliant 'Timeless', and one of the only shows still in limbo at the time of recording.

English actor Paterson Joseph trained at the London Academy of Music and Dramatic Art and has worked across theatre, TV and film. His TV work includes ‘Casualty’, 'Rellik', 'Peep Show', 'The Leftovers' and 'Safe House', whilst his movie projects have seen him appear in Danny Boyle's 'The Beach' and 'Æon Flux' with Charlize Theron. On stage, he has worked in Royal Shakespeare Company playing roles such as Oswald in 'King Lear', Dumaine in 'Love's Labour's Lost', and Brutus in 'Julius Caesar'.

His most recent tv role saw him starring as Connor Mason on the time-travelling tv show 'Timeless'. Mason was the billionaire creator of the time travel technology, but after the events of season 1, he is left penniless and struggling to find his purpose on the team.

If you’d like to see Paterson in person, he’s currently starring in 'Sancho: An Act of Remembrance' at Wilton's Music Hall, London. Written by and starring Paterson, the show follows the story of Charles Ignatius Sancho, man born on a slave ship in early 18th-century Britain who goes on to enjoy a career as a famous musician, composer, author, actor and the first black Briton to cast a vote in a British general election.
