What is Acast+?

Acast+ is the destination where you can purchase premium content from the shows and hosts you love.

Acast+ enables Podcasters to offer you a premium experience. Currenty, Podcasters can choose up to four benefits:

  • Premium Content
  • Exclusive Access
  • Early Releases
  • Ad-free Listening

All Podcasters are able to set their own price point.

How do I know if the shows I’m listening to offer premium content?

Make sure to download the latest iOS or Android version of the Acast app. All shows that offer premium content are marked with the Acast+ logo in the show view.

Can I access premium content on www.acast.com?

No, unfortunately not yet. Please bear with us, we are working hard to bring Acast+ to all of our platforms.

I heard an ad on iTunes although I'm paying for the show in Acast+

The premium experience is currently only available within Acast Apps.

Where can I find all shows I’m currently paying for?

You find all Acast+ shows in your Library view in your Acast app under “My premium shows”.

My premium shows disappeared in the Acast app, what shall I do?

Please make sure you haven’t cancelled your subscriptions. If your subscriptions are still active we advise you to restore your purchases.

How can I restore my purchases?

Follow these steps to restore purchases in the iOS Acast app:

  1. Tap Settings
  2. Scroll down to Account
  3. Tap the button Restore purchases

  2. Scroll down to Account
  3. Tap the button Restore purchases

I restored my purchases but I still cannot find My premium shows?

If I delete the Acast App will the subscriptions be cancelled?

No. In case you delete the Acast App, all subscriptions will stay active. Please read further to learn how to cancel auto-renewal subscriptions on iOS or Android devices.

How can I cancel a subscription purchased through the App Store?

Subscriptions in Acast+ auto-renew periodically and are managed through iTunes. You are able to cancel your subscription from your iPhone, iPad, iPod touch, or your computer.

I want to cancel a subscription from my iPhone, iPad or iPod touch

  1. Press the Home button, and tap Settings.
  2. Tap iTunes & App Store.
  3. Tap your Apple ID.
  4. Tap View Apple ID and enter your Apple ID password.
  5. Under Subscriptions, tap Manage.
  6. Select the Acast+ show you subscribed to.
  7. Turn off Automatic Renewal.
  8. Tap Done.

I want to cancel a subscription from my computer

  1. Open iTunes on your computer.
  2. Choose your name along the top, then choose Account Info.
  3. Enter your password.
  4. On the Account Information page, scroll down to the Settings section.
  5. To the right of Subscriptions, choose Manage.
  6. Select the Acast+ show you subscribed to.
  7. Next to Automatic Renewal, choose Off.
  8. Tap Done

How can I cancel a subscription purchased through the Google Play Store?

Subscriptions in Acast+ auto-renew periodically and are managed through the Google Play Store. You are able to cancel your subscription on your Android phone or tablet, or on your computer.

I want to cancel a subscription from my Android Tablet or Phone

  1. Open the Google Play Store app.
  2. Tap the menu button, and then choose My Apps & Games.
  3. Find the Acast+ subscription in the list, and tap Cancel. You will receive an email from Google Play confirming the cancellation.

I want to cancel a subscription from my Computer via Google Play

  1. Go to play.google.com/apps.
  2. Click All Apps and then choose Subscriptions from the menu.
  3. Find the Acast+ show you subscribed to in the list, and choose Cancel. You will receive an email from Google Play confirming the cancellation.

I want to cancel a subscription from my Computer via Google Wallet

  1. Go to wallet.google.com.
  2. Click Bills and accounts.
  3. Find the Acast+ show you subscribed to in the list, and then choose Cancel subscription. You will receive an email from Google Play confirming the cancellation.

How can I claim a refund for a subscription in the App Store?

You can request a refund from Apple by following the steps explained down below:

  1. Go to Apple's problem reports page: http://reportaproblem.apple.com/
  2. Login with your Apple ID and password.
  3. Select the appropriate tab: All, Music, Movies, TV shows, Apps, or Books.
  4. Find the purchase you want refunded.
  5. Select Report a Problem to the right of the purchase.
  6. Select the reason you want the refund.
  7. Fill in the description.
  8. Select Submit.
