In this first episode of Bristopia, we take a look at all things Bristol, UK. From cafe openings, to green capital bids, we'll deliver the news, not necessarily as it happens, but as you want it: with punchlines, and silliness. Who doesn't want to go to a cafe that only sells porridge, right? Well – you can hear all about this new restaurant in our short documentary, delivered by American intern exchange student, Justin Crockler. We think he may have listened to too much This American Life, but we kept quiet because he needs the credits. Elsewhere, we have a, slightly rude, interviewee in the studio – Polly Ashen, who talks about why her work on the Bristol Green Capital Bid is simply wonderful. We think she takes too much inspiration from Chris Martin.
