Today we shined our spotlight on Robert “Bob” Amick founder of Concentrics Restaurants Bob shared some stories about his part in Atlanta restaurant history. From the Peasant restaurants to TWO urban Licks, to STATS Bob has certainly left his mark on the Atlanta restaurant landscape. An impressively large number of Atlanta's celebrity chefs have spent some time working in one of Bob's restaurants. In addition to opening and running a bunch of Atlanta restaurants, Bob also consults with hoteliers and developers around the US and helps them open restaurants as well.
