Hello and welcome to episode 3 of My Big Idea, an ASOS Podcast giving young women advice and inspiration to start their own businesses.This week's guest is Missy Flynn, Co-Founder and General Manager of Rita's Bar and Restaurant in Hackney, London.Rita's is Hackney's friendly neighbourhood restaurant founded by Missy and her 2 close friends following a successful pop-up restaurant in London's Dalston. They offer late night menu favourites, such as their famous Oreo Pie, and combine them with their take on classic cocktails in the trendy setting of Dalston. The restaurant is located above a nightclub on Mare Street and is popular with both locals and tourists, growing from a 'late night fried chicken restaurant' to a popular destination for casual south London dining. Asos editor Annie Chin talks to Missy about how she approached the creation of Rita's and its growing success. This is the story of Missy's Big Idea.
